Terms & Rules
Please read these rules carefully. By buying a ticket you agree to them.
1.Eligibility
Open to residents of India aged 18 years or above. Organiser staff and their families cannot participate. Participation is void where prohibited by state law.
2.Entry fee & tickets
Each draw has its own entry fee: Car ₹1,000, Bike ₹101, iPhone 18 Pro Max ₹199, 5 gm Gold ₹99 (fees may be updated by the organiser before purchase). Each paid ticket gets a unique ticket number and is one entry into that draw only.
3.Payments & refunds
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Tickets are issued only after the payment is confirmed. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except when a draw is cancelled by the organiser, in which case the amount is refunded to the original payment method.
4.Draw closing & draw date
Ticket sales close on 8 November 2026 at 5:00 PM IST (or as shown on each card). The live draw is conducted on 8 November 2026 at 6:00 PM IST and winners are announced on this app. Tickets cannot be bought after sales close.
5.Winner selection
One winner per draw is selected by the organiser from all valid paid tickets of that draw and announced on this app. The organiser's decision is final.
6.Claiming the prize
Winners are contacted on their registered email/mobile and must provide valid government ID (Aadhaar/PAN) matching the account within 15 days to claim. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the organiser decides otherwise.
7.Taxes & charges
Winnings are subject to applicable taxes, including TDS under Section 194B of the Income Tax Act. Registration, insurance, RTO and delivery charges for vehicles are borne by the winner unless stated otherwise.
8.Fair play
Multiple accounts, fake details or payment fraud lead to disqualification of all related tickets without refund.
9.Privacy
Your name, email and phone are used only to run the draw, send ticket confirmations and contact winners.
10.Charity
This lucky draw is conducted for charity. All profits, after prize and running costs, go to the organiser's charitable trust and are used only for charitable activities for poor families.
11.Changes
The organiser may change these rules, prizes or dates where required by law or circumstances. Changes are posted on this page.
